Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 to 10 working days via courier.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRADESMEN UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND INSPECTED IT. MrStairs cannot be held responsible for delays and costs associated with the delivery of goods.

Delivery costs will be calculated during the order process and are based on the weight of the items.

Please note, that all delivery costs are in relation to MAINLAND UK DELIVERY only.

All credit card orders that are placed for the first time must be sent to the cardholder’s address. Subsequent orders can be sent to alternative addresses provided it has been agreed with MrStairs beforehand.

We will send your order to single address, and in a single delivery. If there are multiple items in your order, with multiple lead times, you can assume the lead time for the order will be according to the item with the longest lead time.

In some circumstances we may deliver your order in separate deliveries.

You can also collect your order from our factory in RM10. We will send you an email to confirm when your order will be ready for collection (in stock items can be collected same day).


How is the recipient reimbursed?

Whilst we rigorously check all orders being sent out, damage can occur during transit where the items are in the hands of the carrier.

Please ensure to check all items carefully upon receipt and before installation.

Items can be returned provided they are in the exact same condition as when purchased and unopened.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and you must notify us prior to sending any item back to avoid processing delays.
